Data
Exposure
You
have an "open" database which is only exposed by one application;
the one from Personic. We add views onto the database so you
have choice.
If
Personic's application were to go away, how would you look at your
data? We provide access through Excel, Access or any other tool that
can speak to an Oracle database. We automate periodic dumps
to new files, or provide a live view onto your database with tools
you know how to use.
We
can even configure a web portal for you.

Database
Maintenance
As
your database is used and grows, it needs ongoing maintenance.
We perform a periodic analysis to see what needs to change. We
monitor elements such as tablespaces, indexes and tables for
sizing and configuration issues.
Don't

of the way Workflow and EZaccess were written no integrity constraints
were built into the database, so it is important to perform a
periodic data integrity check. We do this for you and work through
through the steps
necessary to clean it up. |
Backup
Verification
A
backup isn't a backup until you've checked to see that it can be restored
and used. Most people do backups and assume the rest. It's critical
to do test restores.
We
manage periodic restores for you, so you can rest assured that a fatal
crash will not put your business out of action.

also offer a dedicated copy of your data to offsite, online storage.
This encrypted copy operation and encrypted storage solution assures
you that a restore will be immediately available. No delay for tape
loading and winding.
