Bill Weir
has 16 years of experience in database engineering, customer service and
management. He was one of the original team of three in 1993, with Tadhg
Canniffe and Ankesh Kumar even before Personic was called EZAccess. He wrote
some of the earliest code, and did the first deployments. After leading the
software services he succeeded Don Peed as VP Operations, leading a team of
thirty to deploy more than 300 EZaccess™
and Workflow™
systems, and went on to design and deploy the Workflow Online™
ASP service. Forty customers signed up.
Bill formed Outsource Advice in 2000 as a way to help customers solve a
variety of vertical application deployment challenges. He holds a degree in
Computer Science from the Univeristy of Kent at Canterbury, England.
Clyde Hathaway has
more than 20 years of technical experience with hands-on projects. He, too
was an early arrival
at Personic where he took firm hold in the Installations group
He performed 400 installations of Ezaccess™
and Workflow between 1996 and 1999. He was Online Operations Manager for
the ASP offering. In other words, if you had a Personic product installed,
Clyde probably did it for you.
Don Peed has twenty years of experience in Finance, IT,
Operations, and Software Development. Prior to founding
TechWorkers, he
joined an early-stage Personic Software in 1995 where he held positions as
Vice-President of Operations and Software Engineering. Before Personic, Don Peed held positions in IT management for
more than ten years at Aspect Telecommunications and Rolm. He holds degrees
in both Accounting and Computer Science from San Jose State University.
Heading TechWorkers
allows Don to provide a critical perspective on the challenges of technical
recruiting organizations.
...and many more. As you
would imagine, we have a wealth of connections in the world of Personic.
As we continue to form a team to
help Personic customers we look for several key
attributes:
-
Deep history with Personic
-
Management experience
-
Customer deployment and service
orientation
-
Hands-on deployment skills
-
Personal involvement in Human
Capital Management
So far, we think you'd agree
that we've succeeded.
