Moving From Personic: EZaccess or Workflow Conversions

It may be that business imperatives require that you move from your existing EZaccess or Workflow system to an alternate system. We know precisely how to help you with that because we did hundreds of data conversions while working at Personic. We built the products so we know how their database backends work.

From your perspective, you simply want to start using a new system but with your existing data. And you don't want your critical business asset -your data- to be shut down for a couple of days during a switch. You also don't want to enter your data in two places until your new system is fully running. We establish a proven migration procedure to ensure you get what you need:

Data is migrated in a timely manner. At the point of transition, completely up-to-date data is extracted from EZaccess or Workflow (the source system) and moved into your new system (the target system). The time between the extraction and your “go-live” authorization is as short as possible to ensure uninterrupted access to live data.

The transition process is visible and approved. You get to review the output of a test run, make alterations as necessary and then authorize a go-live run in which a new cut of data is taken and the results are established in the target database.
